Ian was born and raised in British Columbia and while he has enjoyed long stints working overseas and in other parts of Canada, Ian returned home to the West Coast in 2007. Ian is passionate about showcasing the beauty of Vancouver Island living for both Buyers and Sellers. As a Real Estate professional, Ian has learned that the key to building solid relationships is trust, honesty and, most importantly, listening to what the client wants. To date his career in Real Estate at Royal LePage has brought him Presidents Gold awards in 2016 and 2018 and a Chairman’s Platinum award in 2017.
Anne’s business background began while she operated a licensed daycare for 16 years before she transitioned to assist Rob and his real estate business. This year making it official bringing her people skills and organisational abilities to the role as our Unlicensed Events and Promotions coordinator. Anne will be invaluable in arranging our client appreciation and team events throughout the calendar year bringing the attention to detail she is well known for.
Hans is an Islander who spent his early years growing up in Port Alberni. He then moved throughout the province before realizing a long-held dream of returning to the Island with his wife and two children. Hans brings a vast portfolio of customer service excellence into this role as a REALTOR® with his 20 + years of honing his skills through owning his own consulting firm, and working at various roles in healthcare, insurance, sales and non-profit organizations. Hans brings his skills in negotiations, communications, and strategic planning
into his new role in helping his clients to find their dream home.
