For the 11th year in a row, T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) has named Phil Soper, President and CEO of Royal LePage and Bridgemarq Real Estate Services, Inc., the most influential person in Canadian residential real estate. Soper ranked 13th overall, and is once again the highest ranking leader in Canada. Chief Operating Officer of Royal LePage, Carolyn Cheng, has also been recognized on the prestigious list for the fifth consecutive year. Soper and Cheng have achieved notable recognition, securing two of only five positions on the esteemed list held by Canadians this year. The SP 200 is the definitive ranking of residential real estate leaders in North America.
“I am truly honoured to be included in the Swanepoel Power 200 list for another year alongside a group of accomplished and well-respected leaders in the international real estate industry. This recognition is a testament to the collaborative spirit of my colleagues and their unwavering commitment to our shared mission,” said Phil Soper. “I’m incredibly proud to lead this group of outstanding and hard-working individuals.”
Carolyn Cheng ranked 146th overall on the list of most influential real estate leaders, and is the only female Canadian to be recognized this year.
