The Parksville Fire Department posted a reminder today that many regions of BC are currently being impacted by wildfire smoke and will continue to be over the next 24-48 hours. Southern Vancouver Island (including Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Nanoose Bay, and Nanaimo) are included among the places with air quality advisories on the British Columbia website.
