Rob was first licensed as a REALTOR in March of 1991. As a REALTOR in his early 20’s with a young family Rob had to figure out quickly how to compete in a very competitive business. His background in competitive hockey first as a player and then as a coach is what Rob drew on in those early years of his Real Estate Career. What he lacked in experience was compensated by effort and a willingness to learn.

Sam has had a very diverse professional background that led to this career. He left his native Utah over 15 years ago to pursue a dream of travel and adventure. Over the course of ten years and over 100 countries visited he achieved his dream and was able to gain great experience in the hospitality and tourism fields. Whether working as a Cruise Director or Scuba Diving instructor or managing an adventure tourism company he has always tried to create the best possible experience for his clients. This desire to provide the utmost customer service is the reason he chose to become a Realtor.
After a successful career in residential construction as both a home builder and subcontractor Dave is a natural fit as a REALTOR. With a passion for real estate, his experience in successfully dealing with client concerns and expectations as well as his knowledge of building practices will serve his clients well in both selling and/or purchasing their home. Dave has lived in the Oceanside area for 13 years where he and his wife have raised two boys in this great community. When away from the office Dave enjoys playing golf, hockey and slo-pitch.
Jennifer has spent most of her life in the Oceanside area. She knows how much this community has to offer, which is why she has chosen to raise her family here. Jennifer has spent the past 15 years along with her husband Brenden renovating, selling, and building houses all over the area, making her familiar with the community’s many neighbourhoods. She looks forward to taking her skill, understanding, professionalism, and drive to find the perfect fit for her clients.
Ann has recently retired from being REALTOR and has been a resident of Qualicum Beach since 2002. Ann’s client list included home buyers and sellers from all over the world. It is not by chance that Ann was in the top 5-25% for production in Oceanside since she moved here in 2002 from Prince George. Her deep ties to the community have resulted in an impressive network of contacts and resources that she utilizes to help clients achieve their goals.

Chelsea has lived in the Parksville Qualicum Beach area since the age of 10. A graduate from Vancouver Island University, Chelsea’s primary career has been in the hospitality industry working at resorts such as The Beach Club Resort and at Tigh Na Mara Seaside Resort Spa and Conference Centre. In 2011, Chelsea was awarded Vancouver Island’s Tourism Employee of the Year as she was recognized for her exemplary work performance and consistently going above and beyond at every opportunity.

Brittany was born in Port Alberni and moved to the Oceanside area at the age of 4. She attended French Immersion at the local schools and was awarded the Parksville Chamber of Commerce’s bursary to attended Vancouver Island University’s Tourism and Recreation Program. Brittany received the Positive Leadership award from the University.
