Parksville:

The city of Parksville is an energetic community ranging from young families to retirees; business professionals to recreational enthusiasts. Famous for its Community Park and beautiful boardwalk, Parksville is centrally located and surrounded by beautiful beaches, lakes, rivers, and mountains as well as championship golf courses. It is easy to see why Parksville is one of Vancouver Island’s fastest growing areas.

Qualicum Beach:

Qualicum Beach is a beautiful coastal community that offers natural recreation, an enjoyable and relaxed lifestyle, a temperate climate and a supportive community. The town is a popular tourist destination and retirement community that boasts sandy beaches, world class golf courses, amazing restaurants and great shopping.

Bowser/Deep Bay Area:

The small Oceanside communities of Deep Bay, Bowser and Qualicum Bay form a quiet and picturesque area, sometimes better known as “Lighthouse Country” and are located 20 minutes from Qualicum Beach with easy access to Comox Airport to the north. Known for being a friendly caring community, this area has established a great mix of active retirees, artists, young families and outdoor recreational enthusiasts who enjoy its great beaches, hiking trails, fishing, golf and a local marina for setting off on some of the best boating on Vancouver Island.

Nanaimo:

Known as the “Harbour City,” Nanaimo is the second largest city on Vancouver Island. From one of the longest shorelines in Canada to the largest shopping centers on Vancouver Island, Nanaimo has become a popular location with a lot to offer its residents as well as the many visitors it brings in every year from the famous Bath Tub Races. Centrally located, Nanaimo has something for everyone.

Little Qualicum River Village:

Little Qualicum River Village offers a great community setting in a rural atmosphere with dramatic mountain views. Located approximately 15 minutes north of the town of Qualicum Beach, this gated community displays a sense of pride and ownership.

Nanoose Bay:

Located 15 km north of Nanaimo, Nanoose Bay is home to the Fairwinds Golf Club, Schooner Cove Marina, stunning ocean view, numerous walking trails and secluded beaches. The area has a country atmosphere but while still being close to all the city amenities of Nanaimo and Parksville.
